CrossFit combines strength and cardio using functional movements like Squats, Deadlifts, Rowing, and Bodyweight exercises. It’s designed to make you stronger, fitter, and more capable in everyday life.

The aim is to introduce them to an effective training routine and educate them on better food choices and correct lifting techniques using the Crossfit Methodology.
Whether they already compete to a high level in another sport or just want to get fit and meet new friends this is the ideal class, being coach led every individual is met exactly where they are at.
Classes focus on weightlifting, gymnastics and/or conditioning where the basic movements are dialled in. The end goal is to create strong, powerful athletes who will excel at any athletic endeavour they choose.
The ultimate aim is that when you as an Academy Athlete are ready, you will graduate into our full class Timetable.
Terms and Conditions
Membership & Payment
Term: This is a fixed 12-month contract. You agree to pay for the full 12 months, regardless of how often you use the gym.
Payment: Your monthly membership fee will be taken via direct debit on the first of each month. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may charge an additional fee. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank.
Automatic Renewal: Unless you provide written notice to cancel at least 90 days before the end of your initial 12-month term, this membership will automatically renew for a further 12 months at the current standard rate.
Cancellation
Early Cancellation: You cannot cancel this contract before the 12-month term is complete. You will be responsible for all remaining payments.
Exceptions: We may allow early cancellation without penalty in certain cases, such as a long-term medical condition that prevents you from exercising, or a change in your circumstances that makes payment impossible (e.g., job loss). In these cases, you must provide written proof and supporting documentation.
After Renewal: Once your contract has renewed, you must complete the new 12-month term.

Use of Facilities: Your membership allows you access to our gym facilities and equipment. We reserve the right to temporarily close areas for maintenance, repair, or cleaning without a refund.
Code of Conduct: You agree to follow all gym rules, including proper use of equipment, a dress code, and respectful behaviour toward other members and staff. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for any breach of these rules.

The Gymnastics Small Group is designed for members who want to improve bodyweight strength, movement control, and gymnastic skill development within CrossFit.
Many athletes struggle with movements like pull‑ups, toes‑to‑bar, handstands, or muscle‑ups not because of effort, but because they lack the strength progressions and technical understanding needed to develop them.
This program provides structured coaching and progressions that are difficult to deliver in large group classes.

Mid Life STRONG is a small group training program designed specifically for women navigating peri‑menopause and menopause.
Hormonal changes can affect strength, bone density, energy levels, recovery, and confidence in training. This program provides structured strength training alongside expert guidance in pelvic health, recovery, and sustainable progress.
The aim is not simply to exercise — it is to help women stay strong, capable, and confident through midlife and beyond.
