The Gymnastics Small Group is designed for members who want to improve bodyweight strength, movement control, and gymnastic skill development within CrossFit.
Many athletes struggle with movements like pull‑ups, toes‑to‑bar, handstands, or muscle‑ups not because of effort, but because they lack the strength progressions and technical understanding needed to develop them.
This program provides structured coaching and progressions that are difficult to deliver in large group classes.

Individuals wanting to build bodyweight strength
Members preparing for competition
Primarily aimed at current members, but open to non‑members with prior training experience.
Structure
1 session per week + 1 homework session per week.
60 minute sessions
Maximum 8 participants

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
