Cattle Dog Core Membership (Monthly Rolling)

This membership entitles you to unlimited classes and unrestricted access to the open gym.

Terms and Conditions

Membership & Payment
Term: This is a rolling monthly contract with no fixed end date.

Payment: Your monthly membership fee will be taken via direct debit on the first of each month. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may charge an additional fee. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank.

Cancellation
Notice Period: To cancel your membership, you must provide written notice at least 90 days (3 full calendar months) in advance. Your membership and payments will continue until the end of this notice period.

Example: If you give notice on March 15th, your membership will end on June 30th, and you will be responsible for payments for April, May, and June.

Exceptions: We may allow early cancellation without penalty in certain cases, such as a long-term medical condition that prevents you from exercising, or a change in your circumstances that makes payment impossible (e.g., job loss). In these cases, you must provide written proof and supporting documentation.

Gym Rules
Use of Facilities: Your membership allows you access to our gym facilities and equipment. We reserve the right to temporarily close areas for maintenance, repair, or cleaning without a refund.

Code of Conduct: You agree to follow all gym rules, including proper use of equipment, a dress code, and respectful behavior toward other members and staff. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for any breach of these rules.
