As we are a members only club we’d appreciate you to book your gym only spot whenever you intend on coming.
If you’d like to bring a friend the rate is fixed at £6.50 for however long you’d like to stay in the gym.
Opening hours vary but you may stay for the duration as long as you have booked your spot.
You will also have full access to the “KW bible” but mustn’t repost any of the workouts inside as these are exclusive to you!
You pay for your membership and your social media followers do not. Feel free to share clips, pics and videos, share away and tag, but do not take pictures of the bible and share.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
