Clinical Pilates from the comfort of your home, online, on-demand, 24/7
Access to over 100 Pilates classes online, brought to you by our APPI trained clinical Pilates team. They will guide you through a range of classes, from 15 minutes - 45 minutes, using the mat and a range of simple Pilates equipment. Suitable for all abilities.

We offer a library of over 100 different clinical Pilates classes for you to access ‘on demand’, with new classes added regularly.

You have a choice of payment via Direct Debit; either monthly or annually.

If you've got equipment of your own at home, great! You're able to filter classes to a level, length and equipment use as per your preference.

For those who are pregnant, this membership will give you access to our library Pilates classes every month. We can bring our expertly trained APPI goPilates instructors to you to take part in Pilates classes throughout your pregnancy, with classes for every trimester.
