You can register and un-register classes from the comfort of your own home. Please give us at least 6 hours notice if you wish to cancel an upcoming registration.
Each class credit is valid for a month from date of purchase and can be used for any class that fits your diary.
Please ensure you have completed a Mat Pilates Induction prior to setting up a membership.

You must have completed a Pilates Induction at goPhysio prior to purchasing and attending any classes.
You must 'check in' for each class you attend at reception.
Any Class Pack or Single Class purchase are paid online via Credit/Debit card.
The class credit will expire 1 month from date of purchase.
Class credits and class purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6 hours notice must be given for any class cancellations, in order to re-use your class credit.
Any classes cancelled less than 6 hours before the class start time will not get refunded or reimbursed.
It is your responsibility to cancel any classes you are not able to attend. 'No Show' bookings will be recorded and you will not be reimbursed this class credit.
