Cancellations - you must cancel up to 2 hours before the class. If you cancel late your pack will be deducted. Also there is a night time embargo where you can't cancel between 11pm and 6am. This means that if you are booked in for a 6.30am class and can't attend, you need to cancel by 10pm.

RENEWING AN EXISTING QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP - if you are renewing your quarterly early so that you can book ahead, contact us to add any 'overlap' days to your new end date so that you get the full 3 month period.
This membership costs £90 per month over a 12 month period. Membership includes all WODs (CrossFit, Olympic Weight Lifting, Gymnastics), Open Box and HYROX classes. It also includes complimentary access to Energy Gym and C2 classes. This is a rolling agreement paid by debit/credit card or direct debit for a fixed period of 12 months and cannot be cancelled irrespective of personal circumstances. By choosing this membership you are entering a loan agreement for one year, where you receive a cheaper membership deal but are committing to pay a total of £1,080, in 12 instalments of £90. After the initial 12 month period, the membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis and can be cancelled with a month's notice period. Please note that you always have one full month to pay after cancelling your membership. This agreement is administrated by Harlands Group. If you do not adhere to the repayment plan as outlined, Harlands Group will pursue the outstanding amount by legal means which could impact your credit rating. If you feel your circumstances many change over a 12 month period, please opt for our rolling monthly membership (with one month notice period) or a fixed term option(- WOD packs or quarterly membership). You do of course have full access to all facilities during your cancellation period. We reserve right to collect any final payment via direct debit or via debit/credit card supplied. Cancellation in writing via email is required - admin@crossfitskirmish.co.uk. Membership can only be put on hold for a maximum of 1 month in one calendar year if you are INJURED and unable to train. If you intend to be overseas or away on business your membership will be cancelled with one further month charged. You do of course have full access to both the Box & Energy Gym during your cancellation period.
If you are not wanting to set up a rolling direct debit contract because you only want to workout with us for a month or would prefer a fixed term, please opt for a WOD pack (available in 5, 10 or 20 WODS) or consider our Quarterly Package.

Clearly you have access to classes and the gym during the cancellation period. This agreement is administrated by Harlands Group. Please note this is a fixed term membership and cannot be put on HOLD for any reason. This 12-week 10K running plan is built to make you faster, stronger, and harder to break under fatigue. This plan costs £30 per month over a three month period and is automatically billed via direct debit or card.
Please note that it cannot be put on hold or cancelled once purchased. You will receive individual programming based on your current capabilities and you will be supported by our Head Coach Sasha Voronov.
Each week blends purposeful running with race-ready conditioning so you don’t just survive the runs between stations — you attack them.
