Lift Lean Monthly - x3 Per week Plan
This programme is for those serious about wanting to change shape longterm, improve their lifestyle and work with weights and resistance training. With the aim to diminishing excess body fat and developing good strong lean muscle. This is our newest Personal training programme where we coach up to 8 people per session. This Brand new programme is based on a 4 week rotation, whereby you will get a programme to follow and coached at The Fit-Hut x3 per week and tweaked each week to suit you, ensuring you get the best possible results each and every week!!

What you will get: Up to x3 In house Lift Lean Small Group personal training sessions per week (max of 12 In-House sessions p/m), PLUS have access to our HIIT classes and FREE access all areas to our Digital On-Demand service with Workouts to do anytime, amywhere.

If you are unable to attend all 12 of your HUT sessions within the month, you can choose a Live online session, or join us for one of our Outdoor Fitcamps from our timetable, in place of.

    This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
