Booking is required for all sessions. We have a late cancellation policy, which requires cancellations to be made at least three hours before the scheduled class. Additionally, a nightly blackout period is in place between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, meaning cancellations cannot be made during these hours. For example, to cancel a 7:00 AM class, you must do so before 8:00 PM the night before; otherwise, it will be considered a late cancellation.
There is a three month minimum commitment for this membership. If you wish to cancel, you must email crossfitgb.enquiries@gmail.com to request a membership cancellation form. Upon completion, this will be processed by our membership management company.
Please note that a minimum notice period of 28 days before your next billing cycle is required for cancellations. If you are within 28 days of your next payment, the upcoming billing period must still be paid in full.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
At the end of the 3 month period it becomes a rolling monthly contract and If the time comes when you need to cancel your membership you simply need to email crossfitgb.enquiries@gmail.com and request a membership cancellation form which upon completion will be sent directly to our membership management company who will action this for you. Please note that the minimum notice period required to cancel is 28 days prior to your next billing cycle. If you are within 28 days until the next due payment, you are required to pay for that next billing period.
