CROSSFIT- 3 MONTH MINIMUM CONTRACT
Full access to CrossFit classes, Sweat classes, Weightlifting classes and Open gym.

Booking is required for all sessions and we have a late cancellation period which is set to 3 hours before the class is due to start and there is also a nightly blackout between 10pm and 6am. To give you an example of how the blackout works, for the 7am class booking you would have to cancel before 8pm the night before or it would be considered a late cancel.

At the end of the 3 month period it becomes a rolling monthly contract and If the time comes when you need to cancel your membership you simply need to email crossfitgb.enquiries@gmail.com and request a membership cancellation form which upon completion will be sent directly to our membership management company who will action this for you. Please note that the minimum notice period required to cancel is 28 days prior to your next billing cycle. If you are within 28 days until the next due payment, you are required to pay for that next billing period.

6 WEEK INTRO PACKAGE
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 42 days.
Our 6 Week Intro is priced at £20 per week (£120 upfront), and for this you can attend up to 3 CrossFit classes each week. During this time I will be checking in with you every week to make sure you’re doing ok, to keep you accountable and also provide you with a specific focus for that week aimed at improving your Nutrition / lifestyle . I will provide you a basic Nutrition guide at the start and then nutritional / lifestyle support and guidance throughout this period. This is to ensure you are recovering properly between sessions and to help you get the best possible results, aswell as giving you a good understanding of what you need to do to achieve your desired weight.

Before your 6 weeks starts you will need to attend a Fundamentals Class (included in the package) which we run on a Friday evening at 7:30pm or Saturday morning at 8:00am. This is a small group session where we introduce you to the fundamental movements you will be doing in the regular CrossFit classes and give you a little taste of what to expect over the coming weeks. Please note that your 6 week intro period won’t actually start until you book your first CrossFit class so recommend getting the Fundamentals session done asap and then you can decide when you want to start your 6 weeks. You can attend this class as many times as you like during the 6 week period if you feel it would be beneficial.

DROP IN- 1 SESSION
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 7 days.
This pass entitles you to 1 drop in classes OR open gym visit, to be used within 7 days from purchase
