The average cost of a class on this membership is £6.35

Monthly OPEN GYM OFF PEAK membership
This membership entitles you to come in to our OPEN GYM sessions.

8am-5pm on weekdays
11.30am-1.30pm on Saturday
11.15am-1.15pm on Sunday

CC Weightlifting Club Membership
This membership includes 2 coach led, 90 minute weightlifting sessions a week and open gym.

This allows the holder to complete the 3 weightlifting sessions that are programmed each week. You will find these sessions on the CC Weightlifting Club white board in the box!

Fat Loss Group - Ongoing Weekly Monitoring!
This ongoing membership gives access to the facebook page where we will be tracking your weight and body fat percentage.

When first entering this group you will set a fat loss or weight target to hit over a 8-10 week period.

The idea is to achieve this target and then either leave the group satisfied or to set a new target over another 8-10 week period.

You will be required to log weekly weigh in results and we will meet up every 4-6 weeks to measure body fat percentages and take body measurements.

We would recommend attending one of our 10 week fat loss challenges first so that you are familiar with your daily macronutrient requirements, however it is not compulsory!

This group has a 4 week minimum commitment. Once purchased you must complete 4 weeks and then you can cancel at any time!
