Small Group PT - x 4 per month
Small Group training is a small group of usually 1- 4 people per session. These sessions will provide you with a structured program, accountability and motivation to reach your fitness goals, This membership will give you access to 4 x SGPT Training sessions per month (48 sessions per year) plus access to On Demand recorded sessions to do as and when you choose. Unused sessions per month can be 'carried over' but must be used within three months and can only be used when the membership is active.

This pack entitles you to 5 x Small Group Training sessions. Sessions are timetabled on Team Up and can be booked in as and when you choose. Please note that 12 hours is requested for cancellation and this pack is valid for 2 months from purchase.
Small Group PT sessions have a mx of four ladies and the session is a mix of mobility, cardio and strengthening - they are good fun and personal.

The 'STRONGERme' Program gives you access to either THREE or FIVE main strength workouts per week which follow a four week cycle to give you the opportunity to embed exercise into your routine, making it a habit. Each workout is approximately 20 mins. Once it's a habit, it's easier to stay committed and see results of muscle strength, cardio fitness and a healthier approach to lifestyle.
