Terms and Conditions for Small Group/TRX Training Membership
-Group Size & Session Structure
Small Group/TRX Training sessions are designed for 1 to 5 participants per session. These sessions offer a structured program, accountability, and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals.
-Membership Benefits
Your membership provides access to:
Up to 4 Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions per month (total of 43 sessions per year).
On-Demand recorded sessions that can be accessed anytime for additional flexibility.
-Session Rollover Policy
Unused sessions from a given month may be carried over but must be used within three months. This rollover benefit applies only while the membership remains active.
-Session Allocation & Pricing
This membership grants 44 sessions per year at a rate of £16.50 per session, with up to 4 SGPT sessions available per month. This structure accommodates breaks for holidays and personal absences.
-Cancellation Policy
You must provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session. All session bookings and cancellations can be managed through the TeamUp Members App (search "TeamUp Member" in your app store) or via the TeamUp website.
-Membership Cancellation
To cancel your membership, four weeks' notice is required.
-Booking Sessions
