Fundamentals Course
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 3 months.
Our Fundamentals Course consists of 4 x 1 hour personal training sessions for £100 (a discounted PT rate of £25 per session).

When you book on to your Fundamentals Course we will get in touch with you to arrange your sessions with one of our coaches at days/times convenient for you. There is availability to do your your Fundamentals sessions on mornings, daytime, evening and weekends.

The aim of the Fundamentals course is to ensure new members have been taught the fundamental CrossFit movements in a dedicated and safe environment, allowing our experienced and highly-qualified coaches to consider any individual teaching requirements and restrictions, and allow a fluid introduction of new members into a class environment. As part of the course you will learn safe and efficient technique in a range of movements including basic body weight exercises, compound barbell lifts, kettlebell skills, Olympic weightlifting movements and some more CrossFit specific exercises. There is a CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) included in every session to increase your fitness and let you experience how we train on a day to day basis. The Fundamentals Course provides you with a solid training base to allow fast and consistent progress within our classes.

Your Fundamentals Course will be billed at time of purchase. We will get in touch with you directly to arrange days/times for your Fundamentals sessions. Your Fundamentals Course is non-refundable and non-transferable.
