Full Membership
Your Full Membership gives you access to up to 2 sessions per day (includes CrossFit, all Speciality Classes and Open Gym sessions).
Minimum 3 month commitment, then rolling monthly membership payment on the 1st of each month.

Couples Membership
Full Membership for you and your partner. Includes up to 2 sessions a day each (CrossFit, Speciality Classes and Open Gym sessions).

CrossFit 13
Your CrossFit 13 membership gives you access to up to 13 CrossFit, Speciality and/or Open Gym sessions per month.
First month's payment is pro rata then rolling monthly membership payment on the 1st of each month.
Minimum 3 month commitment. Membership can be cancelled with no notice period after the initial 3 month commitment.

10 Class Pack
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 3 months.
Pack of 10 Drop In Sessions.
Can be used for any Class or Open Gym session.
Sessions must be used within 3 months.

Learning appropriate progressions to take away into your own training

10 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions. Sessions can be arranged at days/times convenient to you.

One weekly personal training session to keep you accountable and motivated as well as provide the coaching, education and drive for you to successfully carry out your training programme and reach your goals.

Personal Programme (Includes Monthly PT)

An initial consultation with your coach to discuss your training and body composition goals, current training routine, lifestyle factors and availability of training time.

A weekly personalised programme designed around your goals and the information provided in your initial consultation.
