Couples Membership
Full Membership for you and your partner. Includes 1 session a day each (CrossFit, Speciality Classes and Open Gym sessions).

CrossFit 13
Your CrossFit 13 membership gives you access to up to 13 CrossFit, Speciality and/or Open Gym sessions per month.
First month's payment is pro rata then rolling monthly membership payment on the 1st of each month.
Minimum 3 month commitment. Membership can be cancelled with no notice period after the initial 3 month commitment.
Personal Training
Individual PT Session - 1 Hour
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 1 month.
One Hour Personal Training Session. Your session can be arranged at day/time convenient to you.

Suitable for:
Specific coaching on a skill or exercise
Learning a new movement (E.g. Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics)
Training for a competition
Appropriate goal setting
Learning appropriate progressions to take away into your own training

Our Training Optimisation Package is designed for individuals looking for advice, motivation and accountability so they can get the most out of their training.

Your Training Optimisation Package Includes: -
- Monthly 1-2-1 meeting with a Coach
- Individual Weekly Training Outline
- Ongoing contact with your Coach for feedback and advice

There is a 3 month minimum commitment on this option.

Integrated Rehab and Performance Package
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 3 months.
The Integrated Rehab and Performance Package is for people who want to rehabilitate from injury and prevent any re-occurrence of injury or for those looking to improve their athletic performance and stay free from injury. Working together, our team of Sam and Charlotte provide an excellent pair to identify any areas of imbalance or movement restriction, address the causes of those issues and show you how to correct them to make sure that your future training is progressive and not making you prone to injury. All sessions will be tailored individually to you.

By combining their 2 professions. Sam and Charlotte can work together to provide solutions to any ongoing issues, rather than just managing symptoms, and proactively identify and correct any areas of weakness and correct them before they become a problem. The aim of the Integrated Rehab and Performance Package is to get you to a point where you are able to train consistently for the long term while feeling more comfortable and confident, without being reliant on PT or Therapy sessions.

The Integrated Rehab and Performance Package consists of:

3 Rehab sessions:

Initial Assessment ( 1st of the 6 sessions) + 2 Treatment Sessions
-Assess any injuries
-Highlight any muscle imbalances
-Assess Joint Mobility
- Stretching

3 PT Performance Enhancement sessions:

- Strengthen and activate the muscles and improve joint health
