A one hour session dedicated to movement screening with Gilbert, where you will cover Snatch and Clean & Jerk to assess what areas you want to focus on during your time with Weightlifting Club.
Join the Olympic Weightlifting Club where you will receive weekly individualised weightlifting programming tailored to your personal areas of improvement. The sport of Olympic Weightlifting includes the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Focussing on Olympic Weightlifting teaches true mastery and control of these complex lifts we see in CrossFit daily, so the benefit of spending dedicated time on these two lifts pays off in your CrossFit classes and performance.
Joining the club not only gives you access to individual programming, but fully coached sessions with Gilbert. He has 10 years of weightlifting experience, competing at British National level and winning multiple Scottish Championship titles. You will also be part of the Weightlifting Club Community - help each other build and grow as a team
