An ideal programme for those wanting to spend some extra time on their strength. Your programme will be based on your goals, ranging from:

  • Olympic Weightlifting Programme

  • CrossFit Strength and Conditioning

  • Running Strength and Conditioning

  • Hyrox/Fitness Racing Strength and Conditioning

  • General Health Strength and Conditioning

The programme is all about YOU - your schedule, your areas of improvement, your goals.
