Here’s a breakdown of what your 5 weeks beginning Wednesday 22nd April will entail…
One Intro to CrossFit Group Session on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15pm
Access to 3 Classes each week - a great start to making workouts part of your weekly routine!
A Tailored Nutrition Guide for you based on your goals and intake questions. You will be sent a nutrition questionnaire to fill out. We will then schedule a check in to chat through your guide and how you can work this into your daily life and habits. As well as chat through your general goals and how we can best help you!
A CFH Intro to CrossFit WhatsApp group to help hold you accountable and have encouragement from fellow participants and coaches. It is also a place where you can ask any questions and we can share knowledge and resources.
At the end of the 5 weeks, we will have a check in to make a plan for you going forward. Fitness and your overall health is a long term lifestyle rather than a sprint that comes and goes...we want to help you make fitness part of your life!
