This will be a focused, in-depth training day with Max at our studio in Four Oaks.
Morning Session (3–4 hours) Reformer Progressions
Max will guide you through the original exercises as Joseph Pilates taught them, along with the thoughtful “plus” variations that are rarely seen today. You’ll explore detailed breakdowns and progressions of movements including Twist & Snake, Swan & Grasshopper, Control Balance, Overhead, and more.
You’ll leave with clear, precise cues that support stronger, more connected whole-body movement - both for your clients and for yourself.
Afternoon Session (3–4 hours) Wunda Chair, Baby Arm Chair & Barrels: Pilates for the Back
This session focuses on building a strong, resilient back using the apparatus. Max will take you through the arm-spring series and other carefully selected exercises that improve spinal articulation, scapular control, and overall strength. These are especially valuable for clients with back concerns as well as for developing power in athletic bodies.
The cost for the full day is £300
