3.5-hour workshop focused on the intermediate and advanced classical Wunda Chair repertoire. Explore seated and standing inverted movements that challenge the body against gravity, developing exceptional strength, control, and body awareness.
During the workshop you will cover:
Asymmetrical training – working one side at a time to identify and address imbalances, weaknesses, and differences between left and right.
Targeted strengthening of the legs, ankles, hips, shoulders, and core.
Improved balance, stability, coordination, and postural strength.
Classical Pilates exercises taught with precise cueing, progressions, and individual guidance.
