👧 Ages 8–14
(+£10 per extra child, max 3 per adult)
So you’ve picked a pumpkin, spent £6 on a hot chocolate, and listened to “I’m bored” for the fifth time this week…
Now let’s do something productive. 💪
This half term, we’re running a Parents & Teens Class — a one-off, fun training session where you and your kid(s) train side by side.
No phones. No eye rolls (we’ll see). Just an hour of moving, sweating, and having a laugh together.
Perfect if you’ve got:
A kid who loves a challenge
A teen who’s curious but nervous about fitness
Or you just want to do something that isn’t another walk round the park or an hour on the iPad
We’ll keep it simple, safe and fun — no CrossFit experience needed.
Just trainers, water, and your best “game face”.
⚙️ How it Works
You’ll train alongside your child, same class, same workout.
Everything is scaled to ability (no heavy weights or handstands needed).
Coaches will keep it structured, upbeat, and inclusive.
You’ll both leave feeling accomplished (and maybe a bit competitive).
❓ FAQs
Q: Can younger kids come along?
👶 Children under 8 can’t take part, but are welcome to wait in the BeanBox if supervised by an adult (reception area).
Q: My teen’s never done CrossFit before — is it suitable?
✅ 100%. Everything’s adjustable and coach-led. This isn’t a “beast mode” class — it’s about fun, movement, and doing something different.
Q: I’m not fit! Will I hold them back?
😂 Probably not — you’ll both be working at your own pace. And if your teen beats you, we’ll all pretend not to notice.
Q: Can I bring more than two kids?
👨👩👧 You can — it’s £10 per additional child, up to three max per adult for safety and space.
Q: What should we bring?
Just water, comfortable clothes, and a bit of enthusiasm (even if it’s fake at first).
