Our '30 Day Reset' is your chance to get back to a routine with your diet and fitness, in just 4 short weeks!
During your initial 30 days with us we'll work with you to implement a simple, nutrition plan that will get you the most progress possible across the month, regardless of your 'start state'.
A big part of the Reset Programme is simply 'Getting Started' with the Training (in gym) and at home (using the program material).
Plus, you'll have access to our full members content database of online digital recipes, guides and videos.
Obviously we aren't forgetting the training aspect. You'll get to book on up to 4 times per week on TUF Conditioning or TUF Strength sessions within our group training timetable.

Train with us in our TUF Conditioning coach led sessions on a monthly recurring membership.
This is for members looking to train within a gym environment inclusive up to three times per week.
All sessions must be booked in advance and unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next month or banked whilst away.
Membership is non-transferable and subject to a 30 day cancellation policy.

Barbell Club
Our Signature Strength program membership on a monthly recurring basis for members looking to train within a small coaching group on a structured strength program.
This membership is inclusive of up to 3 timetabled Barbell Club strength session bookings per week plus an additional 2 TUF Conditioning sessions.
Barbell Club members also have their own dedicated coach help program them additional training if required, to do either at home, away with work or use a TUF private gym during specific times (training slots must be booked in advance).
Programming and coaching delivered via the Truecoach platform and is set up on first taking out this membership.
