1) This membership bills every 4 weeks. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 4 months (16 weeks) must be purchased to receive the rate listed.

2) This membership cannot be paused for any Annual Holiday periods. Refunds will not be issued for partial months.

3) Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your 4 month (16 week) term, unless you cancel your membership via your TeamUp website account.

4) CrossFit North Devon reserves the right to cancel any Membership Agreement if there is a breach of misconduct involving any Staff Members & other Facility Users.

5) CrossFit North Devon reserves the right to review & adjust all memberships on an bi-annual basis. A minimum of two (2) weeks notice will be given for any such changes.

6) Our cancellation policy requires a one (1) month notice period. You may cancel following the completion of your four (4) month membership, as stated above.

7) Our hold policy allows members to pause their membership for a maximum one (1) month and requires a strict return date. Your one (1) month hold period does not count towards your one (1) month notice period. Your membership will automatically be charged and credited as such on your the next stated payment date.
