Our 8 week Strength and Conditioning program will support your running or cycling training and includes:

A weekly small group coached session.
Extra programming for home training.
Support on weekly training structures.

Develop better control of your body, specifically at the pelvis, and rib cage and then work on smooth motion at your hip, knee and ankle.
Apply greater force into the ground/pedals or the same force at a faster rate.
Develop the capacity of your working muscles to tolerate the repetitive nature of running and cycling and THRIVE rather than SURVIVE!:
