Our 8 week Strength and Conditioning program will support your running or cycling training and includes:

A weekly small group coached session.
Extra programming for home training.
Support on weekly training structures.
Recovery and mobility support.

Support to get you around the course in the fastest and safest time possible.
Minimise your risk of injury during your training and on event day.
Work to enjoy the process and repeat it again in the future.

Develop better control of your body, specifically at the pelvis, and rib cage and then work on smooth motion at your hip, knee and ankle.

Our initial Kick-Start for Volentia’s nutrition program, Eat Like A Volentian! 4 weeks to get your nutritional habits started. We recommend you use these four weeks as a kick start or to get yourself back on track.

Athletic development for children aged 7-11 while having fun with activities and games in our 45 minute weekly class.

Volentia Kids - Athletic Development 12-16yrs
Athletic development for children aged 12-16 while having fun with activities and games in our 50 minute weekly class. Focusing on athletic skills, strength, coordination, mobility and agility at this very important point in a young persons life. Supporting them in their sporting activities at a time when their bodies are changing rapidly.The sessions are run in small groups and are fun, stimulating and rewarding!
