6 week Block of postnatal classes. please select which day you want to book for Wednesday or Fridays. There is usually flexibility to swap if you miss or can't make your session that week. Classes are not refundable and do not carry over to the next term block. These classes are suitable after you have had your first postnatal check up to when babies are crawling or no longer happy to stay on the mat.
