Join us for a nourishing morning of wellness designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the nature in and around you. Through carefully curated workshops — Yoga and Sound Bath, and Mindful Meditation and Journalling — we’ll explore the themes of groundedness, wintering, and connection. Each workshop offers an opportunity to move, rest and restore in a way that feels right for you.
Whether you’re seeking stillness, feel-good movement, or mindful reflection, our Wellbeing Reset offers a welcoming space for everyone. Come as you are, leave feeling rebalanced, reconnected, and renewed.

9:30-10:45am: Yoga and sound bath with Elsa
11-12:15pm: Mindful Meditation & journaling with Kate
Lunch and refreshments are available to purchase from OSA Cafe.
Our £40 Wellbeing Pass includes both workshops. We also have Individual Workshops available at £25 each.
