Come and escape from the outside world and elevate yourself in our indoor playground!
We will start with getting comfortable with the Aerial Yoga Trapeze while learning some basic foundational skills. Throughout the experience, we will progress through our practice by introducing some dynamic aerial movements. There are so many aerial acrobatics and fun positions that we will be learning during this 75 minute workshop. There will be structure along with some fun. As well as allocated time set aside for an opportunity for some free style and play! The sky is the limit in this class, with the endless amount of tricks that we can learn.
The Yoga Trapeze® has three functional handles that aid in improving your grip and increases your strength and flexibility. The handles also allow you to be able to maneuver more fluidly in and out of poses and aids with balance and inversions. This is a multi functional apparatus that makes it possible for you to be suspended with effort and with ease. Come and experience all the amazing shapes and things you can do with this versatile apparatus. You will leave this class happy and with a smile on your face!
