Teen Weightlifting Class (Ages 13+)

Build strength, confidence, and athletic performance in a safe, supportive environment. This high-energy HIT-style weightlifting class is designed for teens aged 13+ and focuses on proper technique, full-body conditioning, and developing healthy training habits.

Participants will learn:

  • Safe lifting fundamentals

  • Strength and endurance training

  • Core stability and mobility

  • Teamwork, discipline, and confidence

Whether you’re new to lifting or already active in sports, Coach Derrick will help you challenge yourself and improve each week.

    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
