Our CrossFit Teens class is designed to help young athletes build strength, confidence, and fitness in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for kids aged 10+, these sessions teach proper lifting techniques, movement skills, and teamwork while prioritising safety and good form.
Mondays – Strength Focus: Learn fundamental lifts, develop muscle strength, and improve technique using age-appropriate programming.
Wednesdays – Cardio with Weights: High-energy sessions combining conditioning and light-to-moderate weights to boost endurance and overall fitness.
Whether your child is new to training or already active in sport, this class helps improve coordination, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime — all while having fun with friends and expert coaching.

Build strength, confidence, and athletic performance in a safe, supportive environment. This high-energy HIT-style weightlifting class is designed for teens aged 13+ and focuses on proper technique, full-body conditioning, and developing healthy training habits.
