Men’s Day: Become 1% Better Saturday 20th June 2026 | 9am–1pm
Across the day, you’ll experience a range of sessions designed to challenge both body and mind.
We start together with: A high-energy Engine Workout to elevate your conditioning
Then choose between: A hands-on Lifting Workshop to refine Olympic lifting technique and build strength OR Calisthenics to develop control and mastery of your own body
For the final session, choose between: Yoga to improve mobility, recovery, and mental clarity OR The Rep Unity Run - moving together and building camaraderie But this day goes beyond physical training.
We’ll also host a powerful Men’s Talk & Q&A with Chris Oliver (SAS: Who Dares Wins), exploring resilience, discipline, and what it really means to keep showing up when things get hard. At the heart of the day is the concept of Sisu - the Finnish philosophy of deep resilience. It’s about pushing forward when it would be easier to quit. Grit. Determination. Quiet strength.
