This membership is non- refundable, and memberships can only be frozen due to medical reasons.
Cancellation policy: This is a 3 month contract and requires a 30 day cancellation notice thereafter via: info@sisufit.co.uk. Cancellations made after 24th of the month will roll on to the end of the following month, therefore falling just outside the 30 days cancellation period.
When purchasing this membership you have agreed to all the terms above.

This package entitles the user to 8 x personal training sessions and 4 x group training sessions over the month.
This package entitles the user to access to Sisu's Playground 7 days a week, including outside of their training sessions.
The user must book on their own sessions via the Sisu timetable, and be aware of penalties associated to late cancellations.
There is no 'roll-over' of sessions associated to this package. The 1:1 personal training sessions are allocated per month and must be used within this month period.
This is non-refundable and paid a month in advance. This package has an initial 3 month commitment and then requires a 30 day notice period to cancel, so for example if you no longer want to carry on , we would require 30 days notice.
If you wanted to join another Sisu membership or package, this would just require admin time to make the changes to your package. Please email info@sisufit.co.uk for any changes to membership or packages.
