The Sisu 30 is a focused, 30 day program designed to elevate your strength, confidence, and daily momentum. It’s built for people who want real results, clear structure, and the level of support that makes sticking to your goals achievable.

Across the 30 days, you’ll be guided, coached, and supported every step of the way. To set you up properly from day one, your onboarding takes place before the start date, so you enter the program prepared and confident.

Here’s what’s included:

Weekly Personal Training Session
One dedicated one-to-one session each week to focus on your individual needs, technique, and progress.

Unlimited Group Training Sessions
Expert-led sessions designed to meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively, so you always know exactly what to do.

Initial Onboarding
A structured session to walk you through how the program works, set clear goals, and ensure you feel ready to begin with clarity and confidence.

Ongoing Coaching and Accountability
Unlimited group coaching alongside a team that works closely with you to keep you accountable, support your progress, and help you improve the key areas of your health that need attention. The aim is to help you build a lifestyle you’re proud of while achieving meaningful, lasting results.

This membership includes UNLIMITED coaching, access to all our of programs and unlimited coached sessions across the whole timetable.

This membership is non- refundable, and memberships can only be frozen due to medical reasons. Cancellation policy: This is a 3 month contract and requires a 30 day cancellation notice thereafter via: info@sisufit.co.uk. Cancellations made after 24th of the month will roll on to the end of the following month, therefore falling just outside the 30 days cancellation period. When purchasing this membership you have agreed to all the terms above.

This package entitles the user to 8 x personal training sessions and 4 x group training sessions over the month.
This package entitles the user to access to Sisu's Playground 7 days a week, including outside of their training sessions.
The user must book on their own sessions via the Sisu timetable, and be aware of penalties associated to late cancellations.

There is no 'roll-over' of sessions associated to this package. The 1:1 personal training sessions are allocated per month and must be used within this month period.

This is non-refundable and paid a month in advance. This package has an initial 3 month commitment and then requires a 30 day notice period to cancel, so for example if you no longer want to carry on , we would require 30 days notice.

If you wanted to join another Sisu membership or package, this would just require admin time to make the changes to your package. Please email info@sisufit.co.uk for any changes to membership or packages.
