The Nalu 3 Class Pack includes:
* 3 Studio Nalu classes
* Valid from 18 September 2026 until 27 September 2026 inclusive
* Available to new customers only
* Available to purchase during the promotional period
* All 3 classes must be used by 27 September 2026
* Unused classes expire after 27 September 2026 and cannot be carried forward, extended or transferred.

Who Can Purchase a 3 Class Pack?
The 3 Class Pack is available to new Studio Nalu customers only.
For the purposes of the 3 Class Pack, a new customer is someone who has not previously purchased a Studio Nalu membership, Class Pack or Welcome Pass.
The 3 Class Pack may only be purchased once per person.
Studio Nalu may cancel a 3 Class Pack where it has been purchased by someone who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3 Class Pack Validity
Your 3 Class Pack is valid from 18 September 2026 until 27 September 2026 inclusive.
All 3 class entitlements must be used within this period.
The 3 Class Pack cannot be extended beyond 27 September 2026, regardless of when the individual classes are booked.
Unused classes expire at the end of the promotional period and cannot be carried forward, refunded or transferred.

Using Your Classes
Your 3 Class Pack includes 3 Studio Nalu classes.
Each confirmed class booking uses one class entitlement.
You may use your 3 classes across any eligible Studio Nalu classes, subject to availability.
NALU NURTURE and NALU MEN are not included in the 3 Class Pack.
Unused classes expire on 27 September 2026 and cannot be carried forward.

Booking & Attendance
Classes are booked through TeamUp.
Bookings are subject to availability.
3 Class Pack customers may book classes up to 7 days before the scheduled class.
Online bookings close 1 hour before the scheduled class begins.
Please only reserve classes that you genuinely intend to attend.

Waiting List
If a class is fully booked, you may join the waiting list through TeamUp.
If a place becomes available:
* TeamUp will notify you.
* You have 30 minutes to accept the booking.
* If you do not accept within 30 minutes, the place may be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a place.

Cancellation Policy
Class bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled class may be cancelled without penalty.
Class bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, or no-shows, will result in the booked class being deducted from your 3 Class Pack.
Once a class has been deducted, it cannot be reinstated.

* Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.

* Inform your instructor if your health has changed.
