Welcome to Nalu Founding Welcome, and thank you for becoming one of Studio Nalu's Founding Members.
By joining us at the very beginning, you're helping shape our community and supporting the launch of Studio Nalu. Nalu Founding Membership has been created exclusively for our earliest members and is available for a limited time only. Once withdrawn, it will not be available again. As a Founding Member you'll always be recognised as someone who supported Studio Nalu from the very beginning. This guide explains how your membership works and how to make the most of your Studio Nalu experience. Your membership is also governed by the STUDIO NALU HEALTH DECLARATION, WAIVER AND MEMBER AGREEMENT, Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

Your Founding Membership Your membership includes:
· Unlimited Studio Nalu classes.
· Priority Booking (14-day advance booking).
· Early access to selected programmes and events.
· 25% discount on Studio Nalu workshops and special events.
· One complimentary Strength Room booking each calendar week.
· One complimentary 60-minute infrared sauna session each calendar month.
· One complimentary drink each calendar month.
· Twelve complimentary guest passes per membership year.
· A Founding Member welcome pack.
· Exclusive Founding Member pricing.

Membership Benefits All membership benefits:
· Are personal to you.
· Must be booked through TeamUp where applicable.
· Are subject to availability.
· Have no cash value.
· Cannot be exchanged or transferred.
· Expire at the end of the relevant benefit period unless otherwise stated.

Your Founding Membership Price Your Founding Membership price is protected for as long as you maintain a continuous active Founding Membership. If your membership is cancelled, or remains paused beyond the maximum permitted pause period, your Founding Membership will end permanently and cannot be reinstated. Should you wish to rejoin Studio Nalu in the future, you may do so using the memberships available at that time.

Booking & Attendance Classes are booked through TeamUp. Bookings are subject to availability. As a Founding Member you benefit from Priority Booking (14-day advance booking). Standard members may book classes up to 7 days before the scheduled class. Online bookings close 1 hour before the scheduled class begins. Please only reserve classes that you genuinely intend to attend.

Waiting List If a class is fully booked, you may join the waiting list through TeamUp. If a place becomes available:
· TeamUp will notify you.
· You have 30 minutes to accept the booking.
· If you do not accept within 30 minutes, the place may be offered to the next member on the waiting list.

Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a place.

Fair Booking Policy Founding Membership includes unlimited classes. To ensure fair access for all members:
· Late cancellation = One strike.
· No-show = One strike.
Three strikes will result in a 7-day suspension of new class bookings. Existing bookings remain unchanged. Booking access will automatically be restored after seven days. Studio Nalu may remove a strike where exceptional circumstances apply.

Cancellation Policy Bookings cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled class may be cancelled without penalty.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, or no-shows, will result in one strike being recorded.

Membership Pause Memberships may be paused due to:
· Injury (up to three months).
· Illness (up to three months).
· Medical treatment or recovery (up to three months).
· Pregnancy (up to six months).

Approved pauses stop your membership commitment for the approved period. Founding Membership pricing remains protected during an approved pause. If a Founding Membership remains paused beyond the maximum permitted period, Founding Membership status and pricing will end permanently. Membership pauses are intended to support members who are temporarily unable to participate and are not intended as an alternative to cancelling membership.

Strength Room Your membership includes one complimentary Strength Room booking each calendar week. Bookings:

· Must be made through TeamUp.
· Are subject to availability.
· Cannot be carried forward if unused.
The Strength Room is intended for independent training.

Infrared Sauna Your membership includes one complimentary 60-minute infrared sauna session each calendar month.
Bookings:
· Must be made through TeamUp.
· Are subject to availability.
· Cannot be carried forward if unused.

Before You Attend
Please:
Arrive well hydrated.
Avoid attending if you feel unwell.
Inform Studio Nalu if your health has changed.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Remove jewellery where appropriate.
If you are using an infrared sauna for the first time, we recommend beginning with a shorter session to allow your body to adjust.

Health Considerations
Recovery services may not be suitable for everyone.
Please seek appropriate medical advice before attending if you:
Are pregnant.
Have a heart or cardiovascular condition.
Have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure.
Have recently undergone surgery.
Have an acute injury or illness.
Are taking medication that may affect your ability to tolerate heat.
Have any medical condition that may be affected by elevated temperatures.
Studio Nalu instructors cannot provide medical advice.

During Your Session
Please:
Stay hydrated.
Listen to your body.
Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, faint or unwell.
Respect the quiet environment.
Follow all guidance provided by Studio Nalu.
Members are responsible for managing the duration of their own sauna session.

Recovery Room Rules
To ensure every member enjoys the same experience:
Recovery Rooms are for one person only, unless otherwise authorised by Studio Nalu.
Food is not permitted.
Glass bottles or glass containers are not permitted.
Headphones may be used provided they do not disturb others.
Personal oils, fragrances or other products must not be used.
Sessions cannot be extended beyond the booked time, even where another booking is not immediately following.

At the end of your session, please:
Take all personal belongings with you.
Wipe down the sauna seating and touch points using the cleaning products provided.
Dispose of any rubbish.
Leave the room clean and tidy.
Report any maintenance concerns or equipment faults.
Leave promptly at the end of your booked session.
Preparing the room for the next member helps us maintain the quality of the Studio Nalu experience.

Guest Passes Your membership includes 12 complimentary guest passes per membership year. Guest passes:
· Must be booked through TeamUp.
· Are subject to availability.
· Are valid whilst your membership remains active.
· Have no cash value.
· Cannot be transferred.
· Expire at the end of each membership year if unused.

Guests must complete the Studio Nalu registration process before attending.

Member Discounts Founding Members receive:
· 25% discount on Studio Nalu workshops.
· 25% discount on Studio Nalu special events.
Discounts apply whilst your Founding Membership remains active.

Preparing for Your Visit Please:
· Arrive a few minutes before your booking.
· Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
· Bring a water bottle.
· Inform your instructor if your health has changed.
· Exercise within your own ability.

To protect the safety of everyone attending, Studio Nalu may refuse entry once a class has started.

Studio Etiquette Please help us maintain the Studio Nalu environment by:
· Treating everyone with kindness and respect.
· Following instructor guidance.
· Returning equipment after use.
· Keeping mobile phones on silent.
· Taking calls outside studio areas.
· Respecting the privacy of other members.

Managing Your Membership Your membership is managed through TeamUp. Through TeamUp you can:
· Book and manage classes.
· View upcoming bookings.
· Purchase additional services.
· Update your personal details.
· Manage your membership.

Membership upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rata basis. Membership downgrades take effect from the next billing date. Membership pauses are managed in accordance with the Studio Nalu Membership Pause Policy. Payments are collected on the 1st of every month and partial months are charged pro-rata. 30 days’ notice before next billing date is required when cancelling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I transfer my membership? No. Founding Membership is personal to you.
Can I transfer my benefits? No. Benefits are personal and non-transferable.
What happens if I forget to cancel? The Fair Booking Policy will apply.
Can I pause my membership? Yes. Please refer to the Membership Pause section of this document.
Can I bring a guest? Yes. Your membership includes 12 guest passes per membership year.
Guests must be booked through TeamUp and complete the required registration before attending.
