Muay Thai class a structured and supportive environment designed to help beginners build confidence and skills. Here's what you can expect during your first class: Warm-Up: A session of light movement to prepare your body for the session ahead. Pad Work: Pairing up with a partner or working directly with a coach to practice basic strikes and combinations. Drills and Combinations: Structured sequences to build muscle memory and reinforce proper technique under light pressure. The class is designed to be approachable and challenging, with a focus on technique and progress over time.
For People who work shift patterns or can only train 3 times a week

Weds class is focused on sparring, techniques Clinch and Fitness, Saturday is focused on fitness and fun, combine the two and your child will benefit from meeting new people, developing proficiency in muay thai, learning controlled sparring, and building confidence
Beginners can now train Tues* Wed Thur* and Saturday. Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm are 100% Dedicated to Beginners, Weds and Saturday are for mixed levels from beginner up to advanced
