Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership or session pack with MadeToMove, you agree to the following terms:
1. Billing & Payments
Memberships: Billed on a recurring weekly basis via Stripe.
Notice Period: Should you wish to cancel or pause your membership, please provide one week’s notice in writing to info@madetomovesheffield.co.uk.
2. Validity & Expiry
All session packs have a strict expiry date from the date of purchase (3 months for 5-session packs; 6 months for 10-session packs). Unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be extended or refunded.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
To cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so via your TeamUp account at least 2 hours before the start time.
Late cancellations or "no-shows" will result in the loss of that session credit.
4. Sharing Policy (10-Session Packs Only)
10-session packs may be shared with one other named person. To activate this, please ensure both parties have linked TeamUp accounts, then email info@madetomovesheffield.co.uk to request the shared access.
All Other Purchases: Memberships, 5-session packs, and single passes are strictly for the individual account holder and cannot be shared or transferred.
5. Health & Safety
All participants are required to complete a separate Health & Safety waiver prior to their first session. Participation in any activity is subject to the terms agreed upon in that document.
