1:1 Open Water swim coaching to provide individual focus and technique pointers on what you need to improve and at your own pace. You'll improve your technique while your coach paddles next to you in a kayak.
Suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced swimmers looking for the edge over your competitors.
Sessions can include:
• Open water swimming techniques: sighting, swimming straight, acclimatising, confidence and speed
• Body position, kick technique & optimising kick effort for open water swimming
• Breathing & Exhalation to swim more relaxed, less frustrated and for longer distances
• Stroke adaptation for wetsuit swimming in the open water
• Stroke mechanics & improving propulsion for less effort
• Managing phobias
• How to pace yourself to avoid the red zone
