Fully Coached Training Plan
Our unique personal approach combines face to face coaching in all three of your disciplines, combined with a structured yet flexible training plan to fit around your busy daily life to maximise your performance with your available training time. We don't copy and paste! We take time to assess your performance and listen to your needs. We like to get to know you as a person! Each session is unique to improving your weaknesses and building strength and endurance. Available for both swimmers and triathletes of all abilities.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every 4 weeks. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
