A structured weekly programme for young people aged 12–17, designed to build confidence, discipline, and fitness through boxing.

This programme will run every Saturday, with members coached through the fundamentals of boxing — learning proper technique, movement, and control — in a supportive, high-quality environment led by professional coaching.

This is more than just a class. It is a consistent programme focused on developing skill, improving fitness, and building strong habits both inside and outside the gym.

Open to males and females of all levels, including complete beginners.

• 1:00pm – 1:50pm

• Monthly rolling membership

• 4 sessions per month

• Limited spaces to maintain high-quality coaching

• No experience needed

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
