FALL ARC: ROOTED (2x/week)

This package is for new clients joining FEMMÈ Revival through The FALL ARC.

This is NOT another challenge or generic workout program.

Rooted is a 12-week coaching experience designed to help you become deeply rooted in the habits that create lasting results. Through science-backed training, personalized nutrition, expert coaching, accountability, and a supportive community of women, you’ll build more than muscle—you’ll build confidence, consistency, friendships, and a lifestyle that lasts beyond the program.

Whether your goal is to grow your muscles, improve your physique, gain strength, or finally feel confident walking into the gym, this program provides the structure, education, and support to help you get there.

Program Dates: August 23 – November 15

The week prior to the program beginning, we’ll complete your onboarding, goal-setting session, nutrition setup, measurements, and everything you’ll need to start strong on Day 1.

Your Studio Experience Includes:

• 2 coached strength training sessions each week at Femmé  Revival Studio (24 total sessions)

• Access to additional Open Studio hours for independent workouts as needed.

• Personalized nutrition coaching with customized calorie and macro targets

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
