  • Splits to 2 sessions/week for 1 year

  • You can use more than 2 a week and split up however you need.

  • Membership Holds: In the case of extended vacations, illness, or situations lasting more than 5 days, memberships may be placed on hold. To do so, it’s your responsibility to notify me in advance so the hold can be applied properly. Holds cannot be applied retroactively for missed sessions if notice wasn’t given ahead of time.


12 Sessions/Month
  • Up to 12 shared personal training sessions in 1 month

  • Individualized programming.

  • Small groups capped at 6. Waitlist available.

  • Subscription will bill on the same day each month.

  • Does not include MetCon Classes. (MetCon can be purchased as a drop-in. Only included in Unlimited)

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching is designed to support your training, recovery, and goals with a realistic, personalized approach.

This add-on includes ongoing guidance and accountability through the coaching app, along with a monthly goal-setting or progress review session to adjust your plan as needed. Nutrition is tailored to your lifestyle — meals can be simple or more structured depending on what works best for you.

Nutrition coaching includes:

• One monthly goal-setting or progress review session

• Weekly check-in form with feedback and adjustments

• Personalized calorie and/or macro targets

• Nutrition habits to practice and track

• Optional meal ideas, structure, or guidance as needed

• In-app messaging support for questions between check-ins

This add-on is meant to complement your training and help you build consistency without extremes.

Nutrition coaching is offered as a training add-on and does not replace medical or clinical nutrition care.

This extra fee covers all of the extras  you receive at a discounted rate: valued at over $300/month in extra services!

Not sure what to do when you're not in the studio with Sarah? With this option Sarah will create a full training program for you for when you’re with her as well as assigned workouts for when you're on your own. All workouts will be available in the training app and adjusted as needed. This option is ideal for those who are only in the studio 1-2x week and need more structure when on their own.
