  • Unlimited Shared Personal Training Sessions, Open Studio, MetCon Classes. 

  • Individualized programming.

  • Small groups capped at 6. 

  • Subscription will bill on the same day each month.

  • Can be cancelled at any time before next payment to stop future payments.

  • Must cancel sessions within 12 hours to free up space for others.

  • Membership Holds: In the case of extended vacations, illness, or situations lasting more than 7 days, memberships may be placed on hold. To do so, it’s your responsibility to notify me in advance so the hold can be applied properly. Holds cannot be applied retroactively for missed sessions if notice wasn’t given ahead of time.
