This membership is £35 per month and includes 1 Sweat Social class every week — so you can attend up to 4 sessions per month (depending on how the dates fall). You’ll book one session per week from the timetable.
Sweat Social
Sweat Social is a full-body circuit class designed to build strength, fitness and confidence in a fun, welcoming environment. Every session is scalable for all levels, mixing weights, conditioning and bodyweight work — good training, good vibes, and a proper community feel.
This membership is £55 per month and includes 2 Sweat Social classes every week — so you can attend up to 8 sessions per month (depending on how the dates fall). You’ll book two sessions per week from the timetable.
