📋 Progress Check-In: Every 8 weeks you'll have the option to book a 30 minute 1:1 appointment with a member of the FitLab23 team. We'll review how your training is going, celebrate your wins and map out your next focus points together

🥗 Nutrition & Progress Tracking: Access hundreds of nutritious meals and track your progress all in one place via the FitLab23 app, keeping you on course toward your goals

🎂 Birthday Gift: Keep a look out on your birthday, we don't want to ruin the surprise 🎁

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
