If you’re ready to level up, semi-private training is where it happens. With a small group of up to 8 athletes (ages 8-12), 8 times a month, you’ll get individual coaching, customized workouts, and the energy of training with other athletes who are chasing the same goals.
This isn’t random workouts—it’s real strength and performance training that builds speed, power, and durability.
Semi-Private Training follows a two sessions per week structure:
Day A - Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Weekly Rotation)
Day B - Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (Weekly Rotation)
Athletes may train twice per week, completing one of each session to ensure balanced development, improved performance, and reduced injury risk.
With the Full Throttle membership, athletes can attend 8 semi-private sessions in 1 month.

Classes held @ The WAREHOUSE in Hoover
Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance.
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to class start time.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
