Our Mach 10 Private Training Membership is designed for athletes ages 9–12 who want personalized coaching and focused development. This membership includes 4 one-on-one private training sessions per month, allowing our coach to tailor every session to the athlete’s specific goals, sport, and training needs. With individualized attention and a structured monthly plan, athletes can train with purpose, build confidence, and make consistent progress both on and off the field.

If you’re ready to level up, semi-private training is where it happens. With a small group of up to 8 athletes (ages 8-12), 4 times per month, you’ll get individual coaching, customized workouts, and the energy of training with other athletes who are chasing the same goals.

This isn’t random workouts—it’s real strength and performance training that builds speed, power, and durability.

Semi-Private Training follows a two sessions per week structure:

  • Day A - Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Weekly Rotation)

  • Day B -  Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (Weekly Rotation)

Athletes may train twice per week, completing one of each session to ensure balanced development, improved performance, and reduced injury risk. 

With the Base Speed membership, athletes can attend 4 semi-private sessions in 1 month. 

Class Details:

  • Class registration is open.

  • Classes held @ The WAREHOUSE in Hoover

  • Sessions must be booked 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to class start time.
