Our 30 Day Kickstart HYBRID TRIAL gives you access to both SEMI PRIVATE PT and Group Training programme -will allow you to book up to 2 semi private PT sessions + 2 group training sessions per week for 30 days.It is designed to give you a kick start on to your health and fitness journey. There is no contract with this membership. Please note, this membership will expire after 30 days.
You will also receive 2 body scans, one at the beginning and one at the end of the 30-days. You will also receive a FREE 20 minute sport massage.
