Our 30 Day Kickstart programme membership will allow you to book up to 3 small group training sessions per week for 30 days. In total you have 12 sessions over your 30 day period.
It is designed to give you a kick start on to your health and fitness journey.

You can attend any of the FOUNDATION sessions, this membership also includes 2 ADDITIONAL Pilates sessions over the 30 days. These 2 sessions if used will not count towards your 12.
