Semi Private Personal Training at EBF provides you with an equal amount of focus as 1:1 Personal Training but provides the benefits of training in a SMALL group of like minded individuals. There will no more than 6 in your semi private group. Semi Private personal training GOLD entitles you to 3 semi private PT session a week + UNLIMITED ACCESS to group sessions + 1 FOCUS session per month with one of our coaches + one 30 MINUTE SPORTS THERAPY session per month.
You are also entitled to a full body composition before you start your training. Any further body scans need to be booked and these are included in your 3 month price.
