Semi Private Personal Training at EBF provides you with an equal amount of focus as 1:1 Personal Training but provides the benefits of training in a SMALL group of like minded individuals.Semi Private personal training BRONZE entitles you to 1 semi private PT session a week + 2 large group session. There will no more than 6 in your semi private group. You have a total of 36 sessions to use over a 90 day period.
You are also entitled to a full body composition before you start your training. Any further body scans need to be booked and these are included in your 3 month price.
